– The bus carrying the workers were stopped by gunmen, who later drove to an unknown destination
A group of Nestoil Plc workers were abducted by the unknown gunmen in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government area of Rivers state on Friday morning.
According to the Nation sources, the staff members were on their way to work when the company bus was stopped by the armed men near Omoku town.

The workers were later driven to an unknown destination. The information about the abduction remain sketchy, however, the state police is reportedly investigating the incident.
Nnamdi Omoni, the public relations officer of Rivers state police Ccmmand DSP, confirmed the situation but rejected to comment on it as he does not have the details.
Nestoil Plc representativeswere are also not available to provide any details of the development.
