Okorocha advised the women to be patient as work was in progress.
He said:“Our wives, you have to wait small because we have not finished our work.”
“The Igbo are very unique creatures of God. Nigeria is waiting for Ndigbo. Africa is waiting for Ndigbo. I can see light at the tunnel of Nidigbo. Of all the meetings we have been having, this is the best. There is nothing a man can do without a good woman behind him. In my government, through my programmes and policies, I have encouraged women.”

Jim Nwobodo who is the chairman of the occasion and a former governor of Anambra regretted that in spite of the work done during his administration, Igbos were still not in the spot light.
He explained that the necessitated his support for Okorocha who he believes will achieve the objective.
“I have not attended anyone but this one is special. I am here because Okorocha is very innovative and has vision for the Igbo race. All of us who have ruled this country one way or the other have suffered because we are Igbos. So, we have to come together and be united. In Igboland, we value women so much and anything you do without the women is a total failure. I think Okorocha understands the situation very well. Imagine, when you are going to campaign and women tell you that they will vote for you. You are assure of their votes.”
