Governor Rochas Okorocha has suffered a sort of an embarrassment as a traffic tunnel constructed in Imo state has turned into a river.
The traffic tunnel which is located in Concorde junction was constructed to improve the flow of traffic and curb the incessant stagnant traffic.

However, a few days after it was unveiled, the tunnel was turned into a murky pool as rain flooded the new construction.
Motorists and commuters have expressed dismay at the state of the tunnel and some have assumed that the damage to the construction is due use of substandard materials.
