Governor Rochas Okorocha has also suffered a similar fate with rain as as a traffic tunnel constructed in Imo state has turned into a river. The traffic tunnel which is located in Concorde junction was constructed to improve the flow of traffic and curb the incessant stagnant traffic.
However, a few days after it was unveiled, the tunnel was turned into a murky pool as rain flooded the new construction.
