Disgraced “7th Heaven” actor Stephen Collins and his wife of nearly 30 years have finalized their messy divorce.
All but two copies of the recording in which the actor admitted molesting underage girls must be destroyed, according to the couple’s Los Angeles divorce judgment.
The remaining copies will be retained for 10 years by attorney Shawn Holley, who’s repped trainwreck celebrities Lindsay Lohan and Justin Bieber.
Collins or his ex-wife Faye Grant can only use the recordings if they need to defend themselves in a civil or criminal case, according to the judgment.
Collins won’t have to pay Grant any spousal support – though she’ll receive some of his pension plan and investment income each month.
The divorce deal came after several days of negotiating.
Both Collins and Grant said at Friday’s hearing that their marriage was irretrievably broken and couldn’t be fixed through counseling.
The two evenly split the $14 million in assets in their divorce, according to TMZ.
In 2012, Collins confessed on tape during a private marriage counseling session with Grant that he inappropriately touched three underage girls between 1973 and 1994.
He said he didn’t know he was being recorded at the time and blasted Grant for releasing the tape – which she denied.
