Summary: Runners up last season, Chelsea have gone into the transfer window simply to replace exiting players (Fabregas for Lampard and Filipe for Ashley Cole), and to solve their glaring problems in attack. With Luiz sold to PSG Chelsea would be looking to bring in a new central defender to complement the fantastic Cahill and the ageing Terry. Mikel, Ramires, Fabregas and Matic make for a tough tackling midfield that quickly turns defence into attack and in Willian, Schurrle and Oscar, tey have three fantastic attacking midfielders to play behind Costa or Torres. Oscar’s creativity would be key for Chelsea this season and so will Costa’s goals. In goal, Chelsea have two world class players in Cech and Courtois
