Manchester United target Arturo Vidal appears to have ruled out a move to Old Trafford, although doubts remain over his Juventus future.
The highly-rated Chilean is said to be among Louis van Gaal’s top targets this summer, while there is also believed to have been interest from Liverpool.
But despite insisting he is happy with the Italian champions, Vidal admits he doesn’t know whether his future is with the Old Lady – but hints he is not about to join Man United according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
‘I’m still on holiday at the moment. Can I say I’m staying at Juve? I don’t know. On Monday I’ll talk to [Juve boss Massimiliano] Allegri then we’ll see,’ he said.
‘I’m happy here. I’m calm. I believe Juve fans can be too. I still haven’t spoken to Allegri or my team-mates.
And when asked if he is going to Manchester, Vidal responded: ‘No, no’.
In front of the Italian media, however, Vidal was unlikely to reply with any concrete answers, especially with his future still up in the air.
