Arsenal have reportedly agreed a deal in principle that would see Real Madrid midfielder, Sami Khedira earn 100 thousand pounds weekly if he decides to move to the London club.
The world cup winning midfielder has been a been chased by Arsene Wenger over the last six months but the Arsenal side have finally made a breakthrough in the deal as the biggest hassle they faced over the summer was reportedly the players wage demands. Now, Arsenal would have to negotiate the transfer fee with Real Madrid. Arsenal would have the advantage in the negotiations as Khedira is in the final year of his contact and hasn’t hinted at extending his stay at the Bernabeu. Madrid would want to make a deal happen quick or they risk losing the midfielder for free.
Arsenal can hold out till the summer and complete a free transfer but they risk having to compete with other teams fro his signature and they also need a player of Khedira’s talents in their midfield desperately
