Joe was declared wanted after his girlfriend reported that she was battered by the rapper and that he had stolen her cell phone too.

He has been on the run since then but has turned himself in at NYPD‘s 34 precinct. Joe Budden is charged for robbery and grand larceny. But Joe who was still in custody has taken to his twitter account to predict his early release.

“I’ll be out in time for the strip club later.”

We will have to see how easy that might be but going by Joe‘s Girlfriend’s statement to the police, ‘he beat the crap out of me’, it might be a high mountain to climb for the rapper.
